Return and Refund Policy

At F&S Gallery, we are committed to providing exceptional products and experiences to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at fs.team@fs-gallery.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions, including the return shipping label. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

However, we understand that sometimes situations arise. If you cannot find your payment receipt, or if you're worried about not meeting all of our return requirements, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at fs.team@fs-gallery.com. Damages and Issues

Your satisfaction is our main priority. We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, please reach out to our customer support team at fs.team@fs-gallery.com, and we will promptly assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund.

We are committed to resolving any issues swiftly and ensuring that you receive only the highest quality products.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

While we strive to offer flexibility in returns, please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., engraved coffee accessories, bespoke gift sets).
  • Perishable goods (e.g., coffee beans, gourmet food items).
  • Hazardous materials or items containing flammable liquids or gases (e.g., lighters).
  • Products that have been used.

Please note, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to do so is to return the original product and place a new order for the desired item once your return is accepted. This ensures you receive your preferred product as quickly as possible. For assistance with exchanges, please contact us at fs.team@fs-gallery.com.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to be posted.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at fs.team@fs-gallery.com, and we will gladly assist you.
